What is this test?
➤ In IRMA, the antibody is labeled instead of the antigen. IRMA is essentially an excess reagent assay in which an excess concentration of a radiolabeled antibody is used as the reagent. An excess concentration of a labeled antibody and the antigen (either from the standard or from the sample) are allowed to react.
